Specialty Rolls

The sink roll is one of the most important components in Hot-Dip Galvanizing Lines (HDGL) used in coated steel production (e.g., GI, GL, pre-painted steel).
It is submerged in the molten zinc bath and serves to guide and redirect the steel strip as it passes through the coating process.

Takamax also provides custom-engineered metallic rolls for special applications — particularly in harsh, chemically aggressive, or high-temperature environments.
These rolls are tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer and operating condition.
