The N2 non-woven roll has a much longer lifespan compared to rubber rolls and other non-woven roll types. Its superior fluid control and high coefficient of friction, compared to other materials, allow excellent guidance without the need for an additional drive motor. NCCM non-woven rolls are cut-resistant, self-healing, and repairable.
Even after surface damage, the N2 non-woven roll maintains stable fluid control and begins self-recovery within approximately three hours. Its non-woven structure prevents further damage and gradually restores performance — a capability rubber rolls lack.
The N2 roll features a high coefficient of friction, making it especially effective on oiled steel and aluminum surfaces. Its stable grip ensures accurate strip guidance, eliminates slippage, and in many cases, removes the need for external drive force.
